Great kids' activities and awesome pool, but Wi-Fi could be faster.

I had a fantastic stay! The pools were amazing, especially the heated kids’ pool, and the spectacular sea life at the end of the jetty was unforgettable. Breakfast was a culinary delight, and the fresh juice in the morning really stood out!

We had an amazing family vacation at this hotel with my three grandchildren! The kid's facilities, especially the aqua park, were fantastic. We spent countless hours enjoying the various water slides. The staff's friendly approach and exceptional service made our stay truly memorable.

The hotel offers a picturesque beachfront with fun water activities and excellent pools for both kids and adults. Mr Ramadan at reception was extremely helpful, and the variety of international cuisines in the buffet was impressive, particularly the authentic Indian dishes. However, the food quality was inconsistent, with many dishes lacking flavor, and certain rooms, especially those further from the main area, need renovations. Additionally, the proximity to the sea requires a long walk along the deck before accessing deeper waters.

The food was a delight, with each meal a journey through various flavors. From delicious grilled meats to the perfect desserts that melted in your mouth, it was truly a culinary highlight. I also loved the friendly vibes from the staff and the amazing beach area where you can snorkel with colorful fish, making every day feel like a mini-vacation!

While the food variety was solid, the quality sometimes missed the mark, and tipping felt like a constant pressure.

The pools were simply AMAZING! Only downside? The food was a bit average at times.

I enjoyed the easy walks to the stunning Porto Sharm Beach and almost 2 km to the lively Nabq area, making my stay truly enjoyable and filled with beautiful views and attractions nearby. plus, the fantastic pool facilities were a real highlight that made lounging by the water so relaxing.

This was my first stay at the hotel, and it was amazing. The pools were fantastic, and the cleanliness throughout the resort exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially at the bars where the drinks were always flowing.

I recently stayed at Pickalbatros for 6 nights with my family. The Deluxe Double Room with Pool View was spacious and well-equipped. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Huge thumbs up for the various pools and the impressive water slides that kept my kids entertained. The food offered a great variety at the buffet. we enjoyed fresh dishes every meal. Staff members around the pool were attentive, always checking if we needed anything. However, the key cards were a hassle. Multiple times, they didn’t work, forcing us to visit the lobby for reactivation. I recommend refreshing your card regularly to avoid frustration. The beach area was nice, but it could have more shaded spots available. Although some areas need attention, my family left with wonderful memories and would consider returning.
